Description
Made with high quality chocolate and heavy cream, 2-ingredient chocolate ganache comes together in less than 5 minutes and makes the perfect topping or drizzle for your favorite chocolate desserts!
Ingredients
- 4 oz (113 g) semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
- pinch of salt
- 6 Tbsp (90 g) heavy cream
Instructions
- Place chopped chocolate and salt in a medium heat-proof bowl.
- Bring heavy cream to a simmer in a small saucepan, heating over medium-low heat until small bubbles form at the edge of the pan (do not boil).
- Pour warm heavy cream over chocolate. Cover the bowl and let stand for 1 minute to soften and warm the chocolate.
- Stir gently with a small rubber spatula until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is smooth. Use ganache immediately, or let stand for 20 minutes to thicken slightly.
