Lemon Poppy  Seed Loaf Cake

Mix dry ingredients: Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and poppy seeds until combined.

Make lemon sugar: Combine sugar and lemon zest in a food processor and pulse to combine.

Combine room temperature butter and lemon-sugar in a large mixer bowl.

Beat at medium speed until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
