Combine dry ingredients:
Whisk flour, Dutch process cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl.

Combine chopped semisweet chocolate and cubed butter in a microwave-safe bowl.

Combine sugar, brown sugar, and eggs in a large bowl.
