Flourless Chocolate Hazelnut Cookies

Rich and indulgent flourless chocolate hazelnut cookies are perfect for Nutella lovers! Incredibly rich and chewy, these cookies are a must bake!


1 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1 large egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
4 ounces milk chocolate with hazelnuts, chopped (I used Lindt)
1/2 cup hazelnuts, chopped


  1. Combine chocolate hazelnut spread, sugars, egg, vanilla, baking soda, and salt in a large mixer bowl and beat at medium speed until combined, about 2 minutes. Add chopped chocolate and hazelnuts; mix in just until combined. Cover dough and chill for one hour.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Form 1 1/2″ balls of dough and place two inches apart on prepared baking sheets; flatten mounds slightly with the tines of a fork.
  3. Bake, rotating pans halfway through, for 9 to 11 minutes, until tops and edges are set. Cool for 10 minutes on baking sheets, then transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool completely. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
