Easy chocolate bites topped with nuts and dried fruit! These simple and delicious bites made with melted chocolate come together in 20 minutes. Recipe yields 32 bites.
These homemade chocolate bites are just the treat to make all season long, ideal for sharing with unexpected guests or indulging in by a cozy fire.
Creamy white chocolate with dried cranberries and pistachios makes a festive touch; semisweet chocolate with sweet-tart dried cherries and roasted almonds is decadent enough for even the diehard chocoholic.
Better still, both bites are three-ingredient candies that take less than 20 minutes to make and taste infinitely better than store-bought. Pro tip: Prep your toppings before you begin melting the chocolate so you can work quickly before the chocolate sets.

Can i ask if you used regular choc chips or melting discs or bars? I’m planning to do a substantial number of them and want to eliminate any goofs from the start 🙂 … also, once made, how long do you think they’d last still fresh? I’d like to make and then we’re driving crosscountry with them … still ok for a couple of days after Christmas? Thank you for the idea – I’m adding in dried pineapple/coconut to one as well.
Hi Bonnie! I used regular chocolate chips. If you keep them cool and in an airtight container, they should last at least a week or so. Hope that helps, the pineapple/coconut combo sounds delicious! Merry Christmas! 🙂
Thank you so much! I might wait until Christmas Eve day to do to ensure they’ll last until our gathering. You’ve given me a fun idea. I appreciate the reply. Have bookmarked many of your recipes, including many maple ones. Looking forward to trying them. Merry Christmas!
